Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans of refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
- 8 slices of American cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Brown ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper; drain excess grease.
- Flatten canned biscuits.
- Put one heaping tablespoon of ground beef in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold cheese slices in half and place on top of the beef.
- Top with another biscuit and seal the edges with a fork. Prick the top with a fork.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Brush the tops with milk.
- Bake at 425°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
Notes
Let them bake on a preheated baking sheet for an extra crispy finish.
