Description

A quick and easy recipe for delicious Garlic Herb Roasted Salmon, paired with a zingy garlic herb butter.


Ingredients

  • 2 lb Salmon Fillet
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Dill
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Parsley Salt (adjust to taste)
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, butter, garlic, garlic parsley salt, and orange juice. Allow the butter to soften to room temperature first.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place salmon fillets on top. Top each piece with a spoon of the herb garlic butter.
  3. Bake salmon at 415°F for about 15 minutes, checking for easy flakiness and an internal temperature of 145°F.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
