Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free jello cheesecake pudding mix
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2/3 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a large mason jar.
- Stir together until well mixed.
- Put on a lid and refrigerate overnight.
Notes
For creaminess, blend almond milk and yogurt before mixing with oats. Use fresh strawberries for best flavor, and adjust sweetness to taste.
