Description

A creamy and decadent vegan dessert packed with nutrients and rich chocolate flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or any dairy-free milk)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 12 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate (melted)
  • 23 Tbsp chocolate coconut yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Add chia seeds, coconut milk, water, almond butter, cacao powder, and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Blend longer for a smoother consistency.
  2. Pour the mixture into two glasses and set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  3. Add melted chocolate on top and let it set for another 2 hours.
  4. Top with chocolate coconut yoghurt before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. For freezing, pour into ice cube trays and freeze solid.
