A creamy and decadent vegan dessert packed with nutrients and rich chocolate flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or any dairy-free milk)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- 1–2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate (melted)
- 2–3 Tbsp chocolate coconut yoghurt
Instructions
- Add chia seeds, coconut milk, water, almond butter, cacao powder, and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Blend longer for a smoother consistency.
- Pour the mixture into two glasses and set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Add melted chocolate on top and let it set for another 2 hours.
- Top with chocolate coconut yoghurt before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. For freezing, pour into ice cube trays and freeze solid.
