Description

Delicious Honey Garlic Salmon Bites that are easy to prepare, packed with nutrition, and perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets, skinless
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss the salmon bites in the honey garlic mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add salmon bites and sear until crispy on the outside, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for another 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Serve garnished with green onions.
