- 1 pound salmon fillets, skinless
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the salmon bites in the honey garlic mixture until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add salmon bites and sear until crispy on the outside, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for another 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve garnished with green onions.
