Description

A refreshing iceberg lettuce salad with juicy tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, and a light vinaigrette.


Ingredients

  • 3 small cucumbers, sliced
  • 4 small Campari tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 medium radishes, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp. sea salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper or to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped lettuce, tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, radishes, bell peppers, dill, and hemp seeds into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Toss the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Add the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper, mixing everything until the salad is evenly dressed.
