- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- Add the Italian sausage to the pot and cook until browned.
- Stir in the diced onion and garlic, cooking until the onion softens.
- Mix in the cannellini beans, chicken broth, and oregano; bring to a simmer.
- Add the spinach and crumbled bacon back to the pot; season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes before serving hot.
