Description

Delightful and fun Jack Skellington Cake Pops, perfect for Halloween gatherings and easy to customize for flavor preferences.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8–10 cake balls (vanilla, chocolate, or red velvet)
  • 1 cup white chocolate discs or white candy melts
  • 1/4 cup black candy melts or semisweet chocolate discs + 34 drops of oil-based food coloring
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Cake pop drying rack

Instructions

  1. Make cake balls from your preferred flavor.
  2. Insert lollipop sticks halfway into each cake ball and place them into a cake pop stand or a cardboard box.
  3. Refrigerate cake pops for at least one hour.
  4. Melt the white chocolate using a candy pot, microwave, or double boiler.
  5. Dip each cake pop in the white chocolate and tap off excess.
  6. Place dipped pops back in the stand and let them firm up.
  7. Melt the black candy melts or color the semisweet chocolate.
  8. Transfer melted chocolate to a piping bag for decoration.
  9. Draw Jack’s face on each cake pop and let them firm up for 30 minutes.

Notes

Use good quality chocolate for better flavor. Allow plenty of time for chilling to prevent cracking when dipping.
