Description

These quick and easy Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls are low in carbs and bursting with savory goodness, perfect for impressing your family on a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or provolone)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Low carb tortillas or cabbage leaves (for wrapping)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and green pepper, sautéing until they’re softened and fragrant—about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, roughly another 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until it melts into a gooey mixture.
  4. Take your low carb tortillas or cabbage leaves, and carefully fill them with the beef and cheese mixture. Roll them up tightly, tucking in the sides.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy your keto-friendly Philly cheesesteak rolls.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding sliced mushrooms or diced jalapeños. These rolls can be prepared ahead of time and freeze well for future meals.
