- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed

- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds salmon
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, basil, rosemary, parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, crushed garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon skin side down in a baking dish and pour the herb mixture over the salmon.
- Top with lemon slices.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the salmon is flaky and tender.
