Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest, freshly grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pounds salmon
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, basil, rosemary, parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, crushed garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon skin side down in a baking dish and pour the herb mixture over the salmon.
