- 250 g minced beef (or lamb)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup (240g) Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp (42g) butter (or olive oil)
- 1/2 cup (75g) cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Make the Garlic Yoghurt Sauce: Mix yogurt with minced garlic and a pinch of salt, and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Prepare the Spiced Beef Topping: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add minced meat, and cook until browned. Add onions, paprika, curry powder, and salt, then sauté until aromatic.
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Paprika Butter: Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, stir in paprika until aromatic.
- Assemble: Layer pasta, yogurt sauce, and spiced beef in bowls. Drizzle with paprika butter, then top with cherry tomatoes and herbs. Serve warm.
