Description

A delightful blend of sweet and tangy flavors, this Maple Dijon Glazed Baked Salmon is perfect for cozy dinners with family or friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 lemon, sliced (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
  4. Generously brush the maple Dijon glaze over each salmon fillet.
  5. If using, sprinkle minced garlic on top.
  6. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

Marinating the salmon in the glaze for 30 minutes before cooking enhances the flavor. Use a wooden brush for even coating, and don’t forget the parchment paper for easy cleanup.
