Ingredients
- Kale

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions, carrots, and celery, and sauté until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Add kale and white beans, reduce heat, and let simmer for 20-25 minutes.
