Instructions
- Dissolve the instant coffee in 1/4 cup of hot water. Stir well, ensuring there are no lumps for a smooth finish.
- Add almond milk to the coffee mixture.
- Stir in chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
- Cover the mixture and set it in the fridge overnight.
- When ready to eat, stir again, top with almond milk whipped cream, and enjoy!
