- 8 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (at room temperature, or 1 stick)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 16 brownie pieces (square or round)
- 1 pack candy eyeballs
Instructions
- Start by making your favorite brownie recipe or using a box mix. Allow the brownies to cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla extract, blending them until smooth. Gradually add the confectioners sugar and mix until creamy.
- Prepare a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag with the cream cheese frosting. Snip one corner for piping.
- Once brownies are cool, pipe the icing across the top in a zigzag pattern for the ‘mummy wraps.’ Leave space for the candy eyeballs.
- Finish by placing candy eyeballs on top to complete your mummies!
Notes
Ensure cream cheese and butter are at room temperature for smooth mixing. Get creative with decoration by adding sprinkles or edible glitter!
