Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in coconut milk and stir in curry powder until well combined.
  4. Place salmon fillets in pan, skin side down, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
