Description

A comforting and easy pasta dish that brings together creamy garlic sauce and pasta in one pot, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 ounces short pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • Water or broth (enough to cover pasta)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add pasta and enough water or broth to cover it.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
  5. Cook until pasta is al dente and most liquid is absorbed, around 10-12 minutes.
  6. Stir in milk and Parmesan cheese, mixing until creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
