- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter, for toasting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and parsley if using. Mix until creamy.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a portion of the filling onto the center. Fold the sides and roll tightly to create a wrap.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden. Flip and toast the other side for 2 minutes.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve warm, optionally pairing with salad or dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, grill or sauté your chicken with spices before mixing. Experiment with different cheese or add jalapeños for a spicy kick.
