Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the flank steak and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
