Description

These delightful Pumpkin Deviled Eggs are a whimsical treat perfect for seasonal gatherings, combining creamy goodness with a pop of color.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs (hard boiled)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 drop red food coloring (optional)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh chives (cut into small pieces)
  • Smoked paprika (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop the yolks into a small mixing bowl and place the egg white halves onto a platter.
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork until crumbly. Mix in the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Add one drop of red food coloring if you want more of a pumpkin color and mix well.
  4. Transfer the yolk mixture into a piping bag fitted with your preferred piping tip. Pipe the mixture into the egg white halves.
  5. Use a toothpick to lightly draw lines on the piped mixture to mimic pumpkin shapes.
  6. Top with sliced chives to act as stems and sprinkle paprika for garnish.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

Serve on a platter and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
