Instructions

- Add eggs, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt, whisk until everything is combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Scoop small portions of the batter into the skillet, spaced out for flipping.
- Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
- Carefully remove from the skillet and serve warm. Enjoy them on their own or with toppings like fruits, honey, or Greek yogurt.
Notes
For a fluffier texture, let the batter sit for about 10 minutes before cooking. You can also add cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.
