Crispy potato and red lentil fritters that are quick to prepare and deliciously satisfying.
Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes, grated
- 1 cup red lentils, cooked
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil, for frying
- Spicy sriracha mayonnaise, for serving
Instructions
- Combine grated potatoes, cooked red lentils, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until fully combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Scoop portions of the mixture into the pan and flatten slightly to form fritters.
- Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with spicy sriracha mayonnaise.
Notes
Make sure the oil is hot before adding fritters to avoid sogginess.
