Description

A comforting mix of sizzling sausage and vibrant vegetables roasted together for a simple yet delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups of broccoli florets
  • 2 cups of diced potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a large sheet pan, combine the sliced sausage, broccoli, and potatoes.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture, and sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture in an even layer on the pan.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until veggies are tender and sausage is heated through.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

For crispier sausage, sear it in a skillet before adding it to the sheet pan. Feel free to add other veggies like carrots or Brussels sprouts.
