- 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 2 cups of diced potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a large sheet pan, combine the sliced sausage, broccoli, and potatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture, and sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together until well coated.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer on the pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until veggies are tender and sausage is heated through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For crispier sausage, sear it in a skillet before adding it to the sheet pan. Feel free to add other veggies like carrots or Brussels sprouts.
