- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or crème fraîche
- 3 cups torn leafy greens (kale or spinach)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and shallots in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add beans, garlic, rosemary, salt, and red pepper, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
- Pour in broth and cream, bringing to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add greens and cook until they turn bright green and wilted.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with cheese, stir, and serve warm.
