- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add mixed vegetables, garlic, and ginger on top of the chicken.
- Mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, and pour over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- In the last 30 minutes, add the lo mein noodles.
- Once the noodles are cooked, mix everything well and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve topped with green onions.
