- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus more for topping)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until well blended.
- Fill each pasta shell with the mixture and arrange them in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving and enjoy!
