- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup frosting (your favorite flavor)
- 1–2 cups melted candy coating (white, milk, or dark chocolate)
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Prepare the vanilla cake mix according to package instructions and bake it.
- Allow the cake to cool completely, then crumble it into a large bowl.
- Mix in the frosting until well combined.
- Form small balls with the cake mixture, about the size of a tablespoon, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the cake balls for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Dip the lollipop sticks into the melted candy coating and insert them into the center of the cake balls.
- Dip each cake pop into the melted candy coating, letting any excess drip off.
- Allow the pops to set on a piece of wax paper or use a foam block for display.
