Description

A delightful blend of creamy pudding, ripe bananas, and fresh strawberries, layered with buttery vanilla wafers for an unforgettable dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Vanilla Wafers
  • 6 to 8 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 container fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 (5 oz.) box French Vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  2. Add in the French Vanilla pudding and milk. Stir until well combined and creamy.
  3. Layer half of the vanilla wafers at the bottom of a large serving dish.
  4. Top with a layer of sliced bananas and strawberries.
  5. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the fruit and wafers and spread evenly.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients: wafers, fruit, and finish with the rest of the pudding mixture on top.
  7. Spread the whipped topping over the last layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.

Notes

For optimal flavor, chill overnight. Reserve a few fruit slices for decoration before serving.
