Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
