- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package frozen tater tots
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Layer the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- Top with frozen tater tots, spreading them out evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
