Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking tray.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and dill. Pour half of the marinade over the salmon and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Cook the salmon in the grill or oven for 12-15 minutes until flaky and golden, brushing remaining marinade during the last few minutes.
