Description

A cozy and flavorful salmon dish that melts in your mouth, bringing comfort to your dinner table.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking tray.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and dill. Pour half of the marinade over the salmon and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Cook the salmon in the grill or oven for 12-15 minutes until flaky and golden, brushing remaining marinade during the last few minutes.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy the delightful aroma!

Notes

For deeper flavor, consider marinating overnight. Grilling adds a smoky flavor that’s irresistible.
