Instructions

- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20–25 minutes or until lentils are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting acidity with lime if needed.
- Serve warm, adding optional toppings like cilantro and lime juice for extra flavor.
