Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the drained tuna, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, olives, and capers in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create a balanced dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and gently toss to combine.

Notes

Best eaten fresh the same day. Can be prepared a few hours ahead, but add the dressing just before serving to maintain freshness.
