- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until onions are translucent.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, pasta, beef broth, and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for about 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
