Description

A quick and creamy pasta dish with ground beef, tomatoes, and heavy cream, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, pasta, beef broth, and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for about 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.

Notes

Best eaten fresh the same day; if reheating, add a splash of broth to maintain creaminess.
