- 8 ounces pasta (cavatappi or rotini)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Boil in salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
- Drain and rinse: Remove pasta from heat, drain it, and rinse with cold water.
- Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, toss together the pasta, chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, and olive oil.
- Add dressing: Pour in the Caesar dressing and mix well.
- Top with Parmesan: Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the salad.
- Season: Add salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Best eaten fresh the same day, but keeps 2-3 days in the fridge if dressing is added just before serving.
