Description

A refreshing Caesar Pasta Salad made with al dente pasta, crisp romaine, and a creamy Caesar dressing, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (cavatappi or rotini)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil in salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse: Remove pasta from heat, drain it, and rinse with cold water.
  3. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, toss together the pasta, chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, and olive oil.
  4. Add dressing: Pour in the Caesar dressing and mix well.
  5. Top with Parmesan: Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the salad.
  6. Season: Add salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Best eaten fresh the same day, but keeps 2-3 days in the fridge if dressing is added just before serving.
