Ingredients

  • 4 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 8 strips bacon, chopped (center cut)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
  • 1/3 cup green onions, diced
  • 2/3 pint grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 avocado, diced

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. Add ranch seasoning and pepper, mixing well.
  3. Gently stir in shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and diced green onions.
  4. Fold in halved grape tomatoes and adjust seasonings if desired.
  5. Mix in the creamy avocado just before serving.
  6. Cover and chill the salad in the fridge for at least one hour to allow flavors to mingle.

Notes
