Description

A comforting soup with shredded chicken, rice, and a spicy buffalo kick, enriched with creamy texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing for topping

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion, celery, and carrots in a large pot until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, rice, and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in buffalo sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve hot, topped with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
