Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes with juice, beef broth, salt, and pepper; let simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
- Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- Combine the beef mixture with the drained pasta and half of the shredded cheese.
- Transfer everything into a casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese, adding breadcrumbs if desired.
