Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
- Cook the ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat and reduce heat to low. Stir in pickles, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Roll out biscuit dough on a floured surface and cut into squares or circles.
- Spoon a portion of the beef mixture onto each biscuit piece, then top with shredded cheese.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pinching edges to seal.
