Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and poke holes in the sweet potatoes with a fork.
- Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
- Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Once the sweet potatoes are cooked, let them cool slightly and slice them open.
- Drizzle the cinnamon butter mixture over the sweet potatoes.
