- 1 cup edamame, shelled

- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the whole wheat spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti, cabbage slaw, and edamame in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or maple syrup, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a separate bowl to create the sesame dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the noodle mixture and toss to combine, ensuring even distribution of flavors.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
