- 2 cups diced potatoes

- 1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, ensuring it is no longer pink.
- Drain the excess fat to avoid a greasy dish.
- Combine the ground beef, black beans, corn, diced potatoes, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning in a slow cooker.
- Mix well, ensuring the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top about 30 minutes before serving and cover until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
