- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or Gruyère)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Combine the butter, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Toss the potato slices in the bowl with the herb mixture until evenly coated.
- Layer the potato slices in the muffin cups, slightly overlapping to create a spiral effect.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each galette.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow the galettes to cool for a few minutes before lifting them out of the muffin pan.
