Ingredients

- 2 pounds of potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks.
- Boil in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Add the garlic cloves in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Drain the potatoes and garlic, then return to the pot.
- Add the butter, sour cream, and milk.
- Mash until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
