Description

Delicious creamy mashed potatoes infused with garlic for a rich flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks.
  2. Boil in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic cloves in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  4. Drain the potatoes and garlic, then return to the pot.
  5. Add the butter, sour cream, and milk.
  6. Mash until smooth and creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
