Description
A quick and satisfying creamy beef pasta dish perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
Scale
- 250 g pasta shells
- 300 g ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and no longer pink.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Lower the heat and stir in the herb cream cheese and heavy cream until the sauce is creamy and smooth—this should take about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix the cooked pasta shells into the beef sauce until all the pasta is covered, ensuring every shell is coated.
- Serve hot directly from the skillet, garnishing with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Ensure to cook pasta al dente to avoid mushiness. Adjust seasoning gradually while tasting.
