- 2 cups shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon savory seasonings (such as cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth in a crockpot.
- Add the cream cheese and savory seasonings.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Shred the chicken in the pot with two forks if needed and stir everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy your hearty chili!
