Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, gently combine the ground meat with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Avoid overmixing. Form into patties.
- 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat or preheat a grill. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side for medium, or to your desired doneness. Ensure safe internal temperatures.
