Instructions
- 1. Wash and dry the lettuce thoroughly. Tear or chop into bite-sized pieces and place in a salad bowl.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and minced garlic until emulsified.
- 3. Pour the dressing over the lettuce, add the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Toss gently until all leaves are lightly coated.
- 5. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
