Description

Quick and easy Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes with a crispy exterior and tender interior. A healthy and delicious side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes (about 23 medium potatoes)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and scrub potatoes. Slice as thinly as possible (1/16-1/8 inch).
  2. 2. (Optional) Soak sliced potatoes in cold water for 15-30 minutes. Drain and pat thoroughly dry.
  3. 3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Add potato slices and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  5. 5. Arrange potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
  6. 6. Air fry for 8-12 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. 7. Remove from air fryer and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Allow cooked potatoes to cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes to regain crispness. Avoid microwaving.
