Instructions
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Add the ground beef and brown until fully cooked.
- Sprinkle the flour over the beef and stir to create a roux.
- Slowly pour in the chicken broth while stirring constantly.
- Add the milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and keep stirring.
- Cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce is creamy.
- Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain the noodles and set aside.
- Fold in the sour cream into the sauce and let it warm through.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the stroganoff sauce.
