Description

Transform humble potatoes into a flavor-packed side dish with this easy Lipton Onion Soup Potatoes recipe. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, it’s a guaranteed hit!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with the olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. 3. Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix over the oiled potatoes. Toss again thoroughly to ensure every potato piece gets a good coating.
  4. 4. If using, add the Parmesan cheese to the bowl and toss once more.
  5. 5. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Use two sheets if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
  6. 6. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
  7. 7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until tender and crispy. Flip halfway through baking for even browning.
  8. 8. Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in a hot oven or air fryer for best crispiness.
